Hildebrand Ranch (Jefferson County, CO)

PICP parking lot, the first of its kind Jefferson County. PaverMax installation of 33,000 SF Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavers.  One of the largest permeable paver installations to date in Colorado.




The Farms and Mitchell Place (Parker, CO and Denver, CO)
Prime Contractor: Oakwood Homes
Two housing developments, each containing 104 homes.  Installation of driveways, front walks and front patios.  When completed, project shall total 200,000 SF of concrete pavers.




Powder Horn Golf Clubhouse (Sheridan, WY)
Prime Contractor:  Hi Tech Construction 
Installation of 10,000 SF of concrete pavers on pedestals with stairs, coping and low level veneer.





Copper Mountain Resort (Copper Mountain Ski Resort, CO)
Prime Contractor:  Amako Resort Construction
Installation of 150,000 SF of concrete unit pavers over snowmelt system for new Village area.  Completed under strict time restraints and adverse conditions.





Whitney Commons Phase One (Sheridan, WY)

Installation of 12,250 SF of concrete pavers including intricate labyrinth pattern for Sheridan Downtown Development.





Cheyenne Depot Square (Cheyenne, WY)

Installation of 15,000 SF brick pavers including elaborate blending pattern for Downtown City of Cheyenne.





Avon Streetscape (Avon, CO)

Installation of 10,000 SF unit pavers in crosswalks and sidewalks, performed in multiple phases.






Sculpture Park at the Performing Arts Center (Denver, CO)
Prime Contractor:  Genco Construction
Installed stone paving for City of Denver.  Complex layout, with Architect allowing for only absolutely perfect work.





Broadway Reconstruction (Boulder, CO)
Prime Contractor:  Concrete Works of Colorado
Installation of brick pavers and stone pavers for the City of Boulder on high-profile streetscape project.








Fort Collins Streetscape Three (Fort Collins, CO)
Prime Contractor:  MBI Contracting
Installation of 4,200 SF of concrete pavers in banding and at corner crosswalks.  Special vacuum mason saw used to greatly reduce dust along business corridor.
