This past spring, we contracted you for an estimate on doing a patio out of pavers. We recieved a very reasonable quatation on the job, and we accepted your bid.

In having this job done, we had several concerns. We had an idea of what we wanted the finished product to look like; however, we weren't sure how to get from the concept to the finished product. We were very concerned that the patio be done with a certain degree of flow away from our house foundation, as the soil in our neighborhood is known to expand. We were concerned that the project date would be postponed and the job would take weeks to complete.

We are very pleased to the job you and your crew did for us. You worked with us to develope a great design and suggested product types and colors that enhance our home and landscaping. The slope away from the house is not noticeable to the eye, yet is at the recommended degree. The job was started within the time frame agreed upon and completed in a few short days. The crew worked late each evening to get the job completed quickly

THANK YOU FOR PROMPTLY RE-APPLYING THE SUREBOND JOINT STABILIZING SEALER TO MY DRIVEWAY. THE DIFFERENCE IS STRIKING. THE DRIVEWAY LOOKS AS IT DID WHEN YOUR DEDICATED CRAFTSMEN INITIALLY FINISHED IT LAST FALL. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF TOWN ON BUSINESS FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND WAS NOT PRESENT WHEN YOUR CREWS RE-APPLIED THE SEALER, BUT MY NEIGHBORS NOTED THAT YOUR CREWS PAINSTAKINGLY ENSURED THAT THE SEALER WAS APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE SAND THROUGHOUT THE DRIVEWAY AND PATHS. IT CERTAINLY DOES SEEM THAT THIS APPLICATION IS HOLDING THE SAND FIRMLY IN PLACE.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD AND BAD CONTRACTOR IS EASY TO DISCERN THROUGH QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE; YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR CREWS EXCEL AT BOTH. THE INITIAL CONSTRUCTION FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.
